Britain involved in own terrorism

Published 11/05/2015

How can Britain pretend it's fighting a "war on terror" when it's involved in terrorist acts itself?

Hundreds of Yemeni civilians have been blown to bits by Saudi airstrikes using UK-supplied fighter jets, using UK-made missiles and with RAF-trained pilots.

The Gulf of Aden, which borders Yemen, is a major transit route for international trade.

Military involvement - no matter how barbaric - is acceptable if it furthers Western goals. Violence which challenges the pursuit of Western, military hegemony is labelled "terrorism".
