Bus lane abuse driving me mad

Published 18/11/2009

Every morning between 8.30am and 9am I travel down the Antrim Road towards Belfast city centre.

I, like the majority of other responsible drivers, adhere to the bus lane rules even though it means travelling at a snail's pace.

It is very frustrating to sit motionless and watch the continuous stream of irresponsible drivers passing by in the bus lane.

If the PSNI were to put a watch on this section of road and issue fines for one week only, the message would very quickly get across.
