As we are bombarded with pictures of David Cameron on his tour of India, it struck me that there is something inherently shameful about a British prime minister who so obviously tries to curry favour with his hosts.
When, for example, did you last see an Indian politician don a bowler hat to show affinity and solidarity with Great Britain?
Many Britons do not wish to see their PM promenade himself in a turban, making a complete laughing-stock out of us all.
