Church showing its homophobia

The news that the Church of England plans to let gay bishops be appointed is not good news, or progress, for the gay community, but a step backwards.

The reason being that the bishops who are appointed have to repent past homosexual acts and become celibate.

This is merely Church of England homophobia and, even if they did repent or become celibate, I doubt that the Church of England would let an openly gay minster become a Church of England bishop.

This is not progress by the Church of England, but even more Church of England anti-gay intolerance.
