Common sense can defeat mediocrity

Published 01/04/2008

The political indecision over the Maze stadium issue is, in effect, a commentary on political bias overpowering common sense and need.

It is paralysis 'Northern style'.

The representatives from the three sporting organisations are correct in saying there would be no additional contribution made by going to the Assembly committee. Unionism is yet again fighting a rearguard and pathetic action, dragging its feet in mediocrity. Peter Robinson and Edwin Poots could resolve this in an instant.
