Here is a question that I think we all may be asking ourselves.

Question: What is the difference between Armagh and Nuremberg?

Answer: There are two answers.

1. There is no difference; they were both obeying orders.

2. There is a big difference; in once case those who preyed on the weak were taken to task and, in the other, those who preyed are now praying, sitting tight and escaping any substantial sanction.
