Disconnect from common sense

Having woken up, I turned on my laptop to check my e-mails. I was informed that I had no internet access.

I rang BT, where I got an automated message saying that there was broadband outage in my area and engineers were working on it.

I was then told that I could check updates on this fault at www.bt.com/help. How could I when I don't have the internet?

So typical of BT NI!
