Donate now to halt Haiti crisis

Cholera is currently affecting Haiti. It is the fourth disaster the country has faced this year.

Following flooding and rains from the recent Hurricane Tomas we have now seen cholera cases across more than half the country.

Cholera is a treatable disease. But if it is not treated quickly, people can die within hours.

The sad reality is that to date, more than 1,000 Haitians have succumbed to this illness.

Earlier this year, UNICEF appealed for funds for the earthquake response but we need your help again to ensure that children do not now fall victim }to this latest tragedy in Haiti. As little of £10 can make a difference and provide a family with an essential water kit for cholera prevention.

Please donate to UNICEF now at www.unicef.org.uk/haiti or by freephone 0800 316 5353.
