Donations needed to defeat cancer

Published 03/02/2016

We are bitterly saddened to hear that broadcast legend Sir Terry Wogan has passed away from cancer, aged 77. As one of the UK's leading cancer charities, our thoughts are with his family, friends and floods of fans at this time.

During his 50-year TV and radio career, Sir Terry entertained countless people and interviewed many people, including our co-founder Penny Brohn.

Around 330,000 UK people face cancer annually and over 2.5 million live with or beyond the disease, expected to become four-million by 2030.

With over 35 years' experience, Penny Brohn UK's pioneering Bristol Whole Life Approach recognises that cancer impacts every aspect of a person's life.

We want to reach as many people as possible, but rely on donations. For more information, call 012 7537 0100, email or visit
