DUP being naive over Westminster

Published 07/04/2015

IF the DUP thinks, by working with any of Westminster's unionist parties, it can bargain for more powers, they had better have a large magnifying glass at hand to see them.

Shame on them for wanting to prop up parties that presided over the second greatest financial collapse in global history, plunging Britain into a deep recession, creating thousands of food banks, a 'heat-or-eat' culture, bedroom tax, lost us our triple 'A' rating and created a trillion pounds of debt which 'we' now owe. And all while accruing a trillion pounds of oil money - with another trillion to come.

Cosying up to the biggest cons since Judas Iscariot does not bode well for the people here - even Yorkshire wants away from Westminster.
