DUP deal driven by greed, not principle
The DUP conveniently forgot to negotiate on abortion, same-sex marriage and the definition of a victim.
That was the chance of a lifetime, but they threw it away, and that opportunity will not come their way again.
It is clear that monetary gain was their priority. I suspect not everybody here is obsessed with pounds and pence, but would value righteousness and scriptural principles that are priceless and cannot be bought with filthy lucre.
It would be interesting to learn how much of the reward is new monies and how much is the total amount of money that had to be returned to the Treasury after it was not utilised.
I will not hold my breath.
