Electorate should shun tribal parties

The present ongoing shambles at Stormont was predictable from its very establishment, since it is based on two inept political parties - Sinn Fein and the DUP - both of which are loaded down with unresolved historical tribal baggage and grievances.

If the electorate wants a better Northern Ireland and some hope for the future, then they need to wise up and abandon these tribal parties for good at subsequent elections. The adage that you get the government you deserve is so true in Northern Ireland.
