Lindy McDowell is right in saying there are still huge divisions here and that many of us still lead parallel lives in our own enclaves (Belfast Telegraph, December 1).
However, I'd be very careful about taking a snapshot from the media as a true reflection of how life really is here - or anywhere. We mustn't turn a blind eye to ongoing sectarian attacks, but haven't we yet realised that the media doesn't report good news?
It doesn't sell, you see.
