Falling under a spending spell

AND a calm descended across the streets of the land. The wizards sat back in their stores counting the gold their spells had brought. Their new spells, Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Panic Saturday, had worked.

The people made merry exchanging the trinkets the wizards had given in return for the gold.

A great wailing was heard across Never Never Land as the people awoke and realised the store gold so easily spent under the spells has now to be paid for.

And the wizards settled down to think up new spells to cast over Never Never Land.
