Fighting cause of a meat-free diet

Published 09/03/2016

Anyone still dubious about the benefits of a plant-based diet need look no further than vegan mixed martial artist Nate Diaz, who stopped Irish powerhouse Conor McGregor in his tracks.

Diaz is one of a growing list of elite meat-free athletes who understand that plant-based foods provide all we need to get stronger and faster.

When one also considers that in the time it took Diaz to defeat McGregor, more than a million animals were killed globally for their flesh — the decision to go vegan becomes a no-brainer.
