Give pensioners £100, Sammy

With the tens of millions of pounds of unspent money that Finance Minister Sammy Wilson has at his disposal, would he consider, after handing £10m to the health service and some other deserving causes, giving £100 to every household occupied by a pensioner living on a basic pension?

To conserve heat, I wrap myself in a blanket every day except on Sundays, when I afford the luxury of having the heat on all day.

Yes, having the heat on for 12 hours, one day a week, is a luxury to me and most pensioners.
