Healthcare staff won't speak up

The health minister, Edwin Poots, has emphasised that healthcare staff have a duty to raise concerns in regard to bad practice.

The majority of healthcare staff are afraid to blow the whistle.

Staff know they are breaking their duty of care every day, but are adamant they will not risk their job security in today's economic climate.
