How to cut and keep services

So Sammy Wilson has to manage a £370m cut to the Stormont budget.

What are we going to do?

Here's a suggestion which may help.

Why don't the First and Deputy First Ministers, the other 12 ministers and deputy ministers, the 108 MLAs, the people working in all the Stormont departments, the 500 people who work in the First and Deputy First Minister's office, and all those staff who work in constituency offices up and down the country, all get together, have a brainstorming session and see if they can think of anywhere that we could make cuts that won't affect frontline services?

Just a thought . . .
