This week I purchased a three-day e-ticket for the Bangor-to-Belfast train, but accidentally activated two tickets on the same day.
One quick call to Translink and the problem was resolved without a quibble.
The helpful staff also seem happy to provide simple advice to those of us who feel left behind by the digital age.
I am now a confirmed fan of e-tickets and will purchase a monthly one next week.
