It's imperative we help prostitutes
Only those with a heart of stone will fail to be moved by the murder of the three Bradford prostitutes. And there may be more than three.
These women have hit the headlines because of their violent deaths, but the seedy sex trade is full of brutality.
News articles about unfortunate girls trafficked from eastern Europe and trapped in brothels are endless. There is increasing talk of councils accepting brothels as a safety measure - keeping women off the streets.
That would send out a message that prostitution is acceptable when in reality it is a filthy trade in human flesh.
Are we unable to condemn it as depraved and dangerous and provide help for those who in their plight sell their bodies?
