Lawyers cash in on asbestos fine

AS an educated Protestant (touchy at the moment), I read Bloomfield school was fined £7,500 for exposing children to asbestos.

Where does the money come from to pay the fine? The school budget. Where do they get the budget? The Government. Who do they pay the fine to? The Government. Who wins? The lawyers.
