Leaders should take advice from article
As our two main parties remain deadlocked, trying to resolve irreconcilable objectives, it was helpful of the Belfast Telegraph to include an article offering advice on "12 ways to set achievable goals (Life, July 4)."
Perhaps if the leaders of the DUP and Sinn Fein were to take the excellent advice of author Ewa Pietrzak, they would recognise that "we often let ourselves off the hook when it comes to taking action".
Ewa also tells us that' "old habits die hard and that's why we need someone else to hold us to account".
Hopefully, the electorate will also heed this advice and hold the main parties to account for this mess by demanding that MLAs are no longer paid for letting themselves off the hook.
