Lisburn too drab for new hotel

I SEE that planning has been granted for another hotel in Lisburn - in spite of some environmental opposition relating to newts and other aquatic species.

The question arises: who will want to stay in it? Does Lisburn have good entertainment facilities, or any notable historical buildings? Er, no. But then the town centre has several charity shops.

Lisburn must be the drabbest town in Northern Ireland.
