Litany of waste by our MLAs

Those who targeted special needs children for the proposed cuts should be identified.

MLAs cannot wash their hands of their responsibility. They declined to ring-fence the health budget as has been done in England. As a result of the £113m removed from an already stretched budget, cuts to frontline services will be considered.

The Assembly's litany of monumental waste is now coming back to bite its members. More than £90m has been squandered on the National Stadium, RPA, ESA.

Meanwhile, £157m in rates lies uncollected.
