Little sympathy over Northern Ireland Euro 2016 tickets

Published 12/02/2016

There has been a furore over the allocation of tickets for Northern Ireland matches in Euro 2016.

Many fans who ‘block book’ tickets for every Northern Ireland match have not been allocated tickets for the upcoming championship. I have to say I have little sympathy for them.

Windsor Park is a tiny stadium and, consequently, Northern Ireland tickets for both home and away matches are over-subscribed.

Isn’t it time some other fans got to see Our Wee Country without these people hogging all the tickets every match?
