Local projects need your vote for lottery cash
TWO projects from Northern Ireland are in the running for a National Lottery Award and they need your support to win.
St George's Market in Belfast and the Be Safe Be Well project in Limavady are up against six other finalists in their categories.
The restoration of St George's Market is shortlisted in the Best Heritage section, while Be Safe Be Well, which works with the elderly, is in the Best Charity/Voluntary category. Both organisations are competing for a £2,000 prize and the chance to feature on a BBC One show in September.
Voting in The National Lottery Awards closes at midnight on Wednesday, July 23. To cast your vote, go to www.lotterygood causes.org.uk/awards.
