Major in no position to be pointing the finger
On the BBC's Andrew Marr Show on Sunday, the former Prime Minister, John Major, talked a lot about "deceit". He was referring to EU Brexit campaigners.
Mr Major could be said to be an expert on deceit. I recollect that he was the man who said in Parliament that it would "turn his stomach" to negotiate with the IRA.
As he was speaking, his officials were doing just that. How is that for "deceit".
How could anyone take this "has-been" seriously? He probably added to the In vote because of his double standards and playground name-calling.
