Management 'suits' need a dose of reality
I REFER to the letter headlined 'No defending the indefensible in education' (Write Back, June 8).
It is often the case that most management 'suits', including Gavin Boyd of CCEA, are totally removed from reality.
These same people have often made very extravagant use of taxpayers' money while doing the public no good whatsoever.
As a solution, may I suggest everyone who occupies such posts in society should be forced to tune in or read a daily dose of what ordinary people worry about.
Reading this letters page or listening to Nolan, U105's Frank Mitchell or Wendy Austin discussing real concerns should be enough to keep these 'god-like' beings' feet solidly on the ground.
