Maybe Salmond has the right idea

Why have no Unionist politicians raised what was happening in respect of the on-the-runs during the past six years?
Does their silence not condemn them for not wanting to know, and why not?
In the light of betrayal after betrayal of the Unionist people by successive British Governments why are they all so surprised?
Perhaps we should also reflect on how differently the flag protesters are dealt with compared to the on-the-runs.
We should also ask if the bereaved are not entitled to know who may have killed, or are suspected of having killed, their loved one and why this omission is being condoned by the state.
Is it any wonder Alex Salmond is anxious to cut his ties with such a disreputable institution as Westminster? Perhaps the Unionist people should seek independence and join with an independent Scotland?
