Memorial access should be for all
Last year, I sent an e-mail to Belfast City Council, asking why there was no wheelchair access to the lower part of the Remembrance Garden beside the City Hall (where crosses are planted).
I was told "the matter would be raised". This has not been done.
It seems incredible in this day and age there is such discrimination - especially at a War Memorial. My son would like to be able to have a closer look at the crosses. Surely he is not the only one?
