Meredith wrong on trafficking Bill

I am writing to express my strong disagreement with Fionola Meredith's article (Comment, September 12) about Lord Morrow's Private Members' Bill on human trafficking.

I would question whether Ms Meredith has actually read the Bill in question. Only one of its 16 clauses refers to the criminalisation of paying for sex with prostitutes. The Bill's other clauses would introduce changes that could help protect some of the most vulnerable men and women who come to Northern Ireland.
