M&S must ditch ghastly muddle
HERE'S what would help Marc Bolland in his uphill task of improving Marks & Spencer clothing sales (Business, November 6): forget about those expensive high-fashion collections.
At the moment, the mere act of shopping in M&S is a wearisome chore. Clear out all those ghastly muddles, those corners where lurk the dreary grey and beige remnants of previous failed fashion launches and sort out those overcrowded racks.
And bring in more pay-points, so we don't have to trail the whole length of the floor for the privilege of handing over our money.
