Must housing be rationed?

Queues outside the Co-Ownership Housing Association, and Social Development Minister Margaret Ritchie wasting taxpayers’ money in the High Court tilting at UDA windmills like a female Quixotic knight.

It is obviously time for Diogenes to roll out the barrel again (no need for co-ownership with

this for housing). Why has Co-Ownership only got enough money for 55 houses a month for the whole of the province? Rationing is associated with wartime. Has the minister not heard that the war is over? Now we have housing queues when can we expect to see breadlines?
