National Theatre memories sought

THIS autumn, the National Theatre celebrates its 50th anniversary. We'll be marking our half-century next month with a two-part BBC Arena documentary and a once-in-a-lifetime performance on BBC Two. We're also going to be looking at what the next 50 years will hold for theatre.

Of course, the National isn't just about London; over the past 10 years, 750,000 people have seen our shows across the UK.

But our history is incomplete without the experiences of our audiences. We'd love your readers to send us their memories.

Do they have a favourite NT production? Did they see it on one of our tours? Or via our more recent National Theatre Live broadcasts at the QFT?

They can tell us online at http://50.nationaltheatre.org.uk and help tell the story of the National Theatre.
