I fully agree with the letter from Jane Enright in Woodside, New York about Senator Edward Kennedy (Write Back, September 3).
The late Senator Kennedy, was an out-of-date republican who always supported the IRA and other illegal republican causes and was never, ever a friend to Northern Ireland Protestants.
So why be a hypocrite and give him so much undue praise?
