It remains the great elephant in the room, but Northern Ireland will never make progress in terms of 'normalisation' while loyalist parades are awash with bands led by their non-musical colour parties, which glorify loyalist organisations.
Until the police and politicians stop their pathetic impotence in the view of paramilitary flags and emblems, Northern Ireland's unseemly loyalist parades will remain a cancer on the body politic.
Is there any chance that Protestant ministers, hiding behind their pulpits, might agree?
