Parking ticket placed a cloud over my visit

On a visit to Northern Ireland in June this year I fell foul of your parking unit as I was overdue in returning to my car parked in Ballynahinch Street, Hillsborough.

It was meant to be a brief stop to allow my dog into the park for a short walk, but on my return to the entrance I found the gates were locked. I appealed but the charge was doubled to £90. This placed a cloud over my visit.
