How many buses does it take to get you from the Europa to Royal Avenue?

I feel sorry for visitors to Belfast when this is the standard of the Translink website journey planner.

The attached was its response to the query “Europa” to “Royal Avenue”.

According to this, I should walk from the Europa Hotel to the Europa Buscentre, take a bus to Wellington Place, walk from there to the Great Northern Mall (i.e., back to the Buscentre!), take a bus to the City Hall, and walk from there to Royal Avenue.
