Protestants show conviction of faith

Published 18/11/2013

EVANGELICAL Christians from the Protestant tradition are often accused of homophobia for believing that sodomy is a sin and are derided for holding creationist beliefs.

Why is the criticism for holding such beliefs laid solely at their door when the Church of Rome holds the same views?

Perhaps they should be applauded for having enough conviction in their faith to stand up for their beliefs, rather than choose to simply cover their heads with a pillow and pretend it isn't happening, like many from the Roman Catholic tradition.
