Rail grievance over Translink's service

In July my wife and her friend were travelling from Dublin to Belfast on a pre-booked first-class Enterprise.

The train broke down in Connolly Station and they brought an old train in to replace the one that had broken down.

My wife and her friend had to stand the whole way to Portadown before they got a seat.

We complained to Translink (or tried to), but we could not get anyone to talk to us.

They told us someone would be in touch within 15 days. They gave us some money back, but no one even said sorry.

They are a joke and we pay their wages.

Do they never learn?
