Residents must have their say over Falls Park
AS a regular user of Falls Park, I am concerned about a proposal by Belfast City Council to install a 3G pitch, high fencing and floodlighting in our beautiful park.
The park is the jewel in the crown of west Belfast. It a much loved green space in an otherwise densely populated area. It's popular with walkers, joggers and local families.
It is important users and residents have their say. I would like to encourage readers to come along to a Belfast City Council public meeting at Falls Park Bowling Pavilion tonight (6.30pm).
