Scots will have to adopt their own currency

IF the SNP, bolstered by the small, but vociferous, minority of Scots who clearly believe an anti-British film about William Wallace made by a homophobic Australian racist is a documentary, bamboozle the majority of sensible Scots into voting for independence, then so be it.

But the brass neck of the SNP in insisting that they can be independent, but should retain sterling, takes some beating.

If they get a Yes vote, apply to join the EU, join the Euro, or get their own currency. But, as a British citizen, I'll be damned if they should have ours.
