Search for 'old' Bishop of Ireland

I WONDER if your readers could assist me in tracking down the history of Bishop James Columba McFall, who was the Old Catholic Bishop of Ireland (Old Catholic in the Union of Utrecht)?

Bishop James was consecrated as the Old Catholic Bishop of Ireland on July 2, 1916 by Archbishop Mathew of England.

I have found that Bishop James further consecrated a James Ingall Wedgwood on December 21, 1933.

The only other information I have on him was that his 'day job' was as an antiques dealer in Belfast.
