Self-worth is the key to happiness

Published 05/01/2016

People make resolutions at this time of year and good luck to them. They want to exercise more, eat less, drink less, get more done and so on.

Advice is something that everyone seems to want to give away and no one wants to receive.

Nevertheless, I would suggest that if we all tried to get along a little bit better with ourselves precisely as we are, each of us would be a bit happier and we could raise the level of positivity in the world by starting at source.

A weighing scales does not measure self-worth. It can be thrown out.

You, on the other hand, are irreplaceable and totally exceptional.
