Striving for Titanic improvements in bus service

Recently two of your readers raised some issues regarding the Titanic Quarter bus services.

Metro operates 26, 26b and 26c services departing from Wellington Place in Belfast City Centre and provides a combined frequency of three services per hour with two of these extending into the Science Park situated on Queen's Road.

These services have proved to be extremely popular with the majority of customers enjoying the advantages of using the bus for work, leisure or for study.

We are disappointed that some passengers have not always received the level of service we want to deliver and would like to apologise to them for any inconvenience caused by these operational difficulties.

We would appeal to our passengers to contact us via our feedback@translink.co.uk email address or our contact centre on 028 90666630 to report any issues that they may encounter as customer feedback is one of the most important tools for us in monitoring and improving our services for their benefit.

We have been in contact directly with the authors of these letters and will be taking on board their feedback in order to maintain attractive, efficient and value-for-money services for the Titanic Quarter.
