Tackle the bullies" >

Your campaign to tackle the disturbingly growing rate of suicides is commendable.

However, it would be interesting to see how many of these are as a direct result of workplace/school bullying.

The second has (deservedly) got much attention in recent years, the first not nearly enough. There is still a strong taboo attached to it - what with the accompanying feelings of shame and inadequacy - plus the fear of losing one's livelihood.

In my opinion, a proper investigation into this evil needs to be carried out urgently and a zero-tolerance approach to bullies drafted in immediately.

Who knows, we might even see suicide rates plummet. Worth a try, is it not?
