Tesco's threats are the stuff of six-year-olds

So now we see Tesco for what they really are. They tell us how they want to improve the economy and how many jobs they will create if they open new supermarkets.

Of course, many of these 'new' jobs are replacing the jobs that are lost from family butchers when they are forced to close because of out-of-town supermarkets.

Now they are acting like six-year-olds by threatening to take their ball home if they don't get their way. I am, of course, talking about the threat by Tesco to stop investing here if Finance Minister Sammy Wilson carries out his plan to levy a large retail tax.
