The real meaning of intolerance

John Bellew's victim narrative, whining about "intolerance to Christians" (Write Back, March 11), is itself an example of what he calls "misplaced indignation".

In Western countries, Christians are being told not to be intolerant to gay people. In Islamic countries, Christians are being murdered, expelled, their churches burned, their villages destroyed and their daughters kidnapped into forced marriages.

That's "intolerance".
