The TUV were right all along on coalition

Well, well, well. So Jim Allister has been right all along.

The DUP 'wanted' it, but has done nothing to bring it about. The UUP accepted it to ensure two ministerial salaries.

Now they both clamour for voluntary coalition - one as a pretence and the other in desperation.

Jim Allister and the TUV have consistently highlighted the undemocratic nature of mandatory coalition, ie no formal opposition to hold the Government to account.

The electorate has been shown clearly that the system of government foisted upon them, aided by the weakness of the 'money-lovers', is not fit for purpose.

They have the opportunity in May to do something about it. Please take this opportunity - with a pencil in one hand and a ballot paper in the other.

HARRY TOAN (TUV)

Candidate, East Belfast
