The Vatican has no power to censure faithful

The main role of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith in the Vatican is to promote and safeguard the doctrine on faith and morals in the whole Catholic world.

I believe it is not a Doctrine of the Faith, but it is a doctrine of the power - power by the Vatican, power by the Church, and that power censured Fr Brian D'Arcy.

However, their power will not censure me and the people who love and respect Fr Brian for giving our views. And our view is that Fr Brian should not be censured.
